I bought this Jeep last Saturday morning I noticed the drivers side was damp when I test drove but the salesman thought the detail shop had shampooed some dirt from the floor board. So we drove it and bought it drove it home on the way I bought some weather resistant floor mats to protect the carpet from winter weather and when we got home and I started to install them I discovered the both front floors were full of water along with the passenger rear floor board.
I contacted my salesman and I then wet vacuumed all the water out with a shampoo vac. Along with laying towels, fans and sunshine on the problem. By Wednesday the water was back and my wife wet vacuumed over a gallon of water out of the carpets by Thursday we finally got it dry and the dealer had me bring it in Friday and they still have it.
This was my first new personal vehicle in 12 years and first Jeep ever that I would be driving but so far I only got to drive it home and now I'm driving a loaner and paying for a new one. We will see if I am convinced to buy another Jeep or not by the service I receive. So far I loved the Jeep I picked it over several contenders. Just not a fan of indoor water ways.
Update from Apr 13, 2018: To the gentleman that was wondering if this was resolved no it is not I am still paying for this vehicle but have not seen it since the week I bought it, last account it was stripped of inner fenders, dash, a/c system, doors, carpet, seats and interior. Jeep and the dealer told me they would buy it back and provided me a vehicle for about 4 weeks then took it away. I am now waiting with little to no updates unless I pry. I am paying for this vehicle and it's insurance plus having to pay for another vehicle to get me to work. Maybe some day I am on payment number 3 so I might have it payed for before I get it. That's the only positive thing about this.
