I have a new Cherokee with under 20,000 and the NAV system, an expensive option, does not work. The blue arrow points to a street which I am not on and the directions are completely wrong. I cannot use. Called the dealership and they said to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes or bring it in. It should not have broken in the first place. I've had electrical issues with a Jeep I bought ten years ago and I swore I'd never buy a Jeep again. In a moment of weakness I bought the 2018 model. Problems again. I should never have purchased a Jeep.
