Before this part is replaced for a "service shifter" message please call John Grzecki on cell (248) 379-0969 with all associated DTCs. If you do not receive a return call within 15 minutes, proceed with the repair. Please be sure to accurately record any DTCs identified with the scan tool and document them on the repair order and in GCS claims.
