This time (our 3rd issue) same problem that occurred when it was under warranty and now we are 4000 miles out of warranty and dealership won't honor the repair for free!!! WTF! We called and had it checked out and they keep saying its ok and now won't fix it if we don't pay! We did nothing wrong and we expect them to pay the repair correctly because of the ongoing issue! Common sense. This no heat problem happened repeatedly! I want this fixed so I need to contact the factory. Unfair treatment to a customer from this dealership in Naperville Illinois!

Cold air blowing on right front except when on max high setting. Intermittent problem so we took it to dealer to check and fix. Same problem as previous complaint! Dealership says it all checks out ok. WTF??? We got car back and it happened again in November of 2019 and called them to inform them we are going on vacation will drop car off after trip.

Cherokee High Altitude 3.2L

After the heater was not working and the dealership said the calibrated they software and to them they claim it was working fine so they release the car back to us. However, the problem reoccurred in October 2019 and they claim that everything is fine. The problem does not occur to them at this time.

Then in November 2019 the problem reoccurred and we told them will get back to them because we were going on vacation in Florida. When we returned the holidays were upon us and then the COVID-19 issues in 2020 and now the problem started again in April 2020. This time the dealership says we have no documentation you complained about it in November prior to our vacation so now the vehicles out of warranty for five months. And when we called today on 29th of April, they won’t repair it under warranty. This has been an ongoing issue but now they claim this is an out-of-pocket repair if we take it in to the dealership!!!
