I got the Jeep back from a dealer fixing a transmission problem on 07/19/16.I had the Jeep back for a week. On 07/26/16 I got in to go to work, started the Jeep, pushed in the lock on the shiftier to put it in gear and heard a loud clicking noise coming from the dash. Every time I go to shift out of park I get the clicking noise. It was not there before they did the " download" to "fix" the transmission. Now I had to make an appointment to get this fixed. It will be 08/05/16 before a dealer can look at it!! I will lose at least another day of work for this problem!!
I bought this NEW Jeep in mid March 2016 and I have LESS THAN 8000 miles on it. I have had more repairs on this in 4 months than I have on ANY OTHER VEHICLE that I've owned, and I usually keep them for 10 to 15 years and put on around 200,000 miles before I trade them off. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID BY BUYING A JEEP !
