2015 Jeep Cherokee. Consumer writes in regards to transaxle range sensor wire harness. The consumer stated there were complications with having the recall repairs completed by the dealerships. Updated 11/27/2017
The contact owns a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. While the vehicle was being flat towed, it shook violently when the contact hit a bump in the road. The failure recurred twice. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the wiring harness needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 26,909.
