vehicle tries to start it shakes then dies

this was a new vehicle purchase only 2 miles on the suv, we drove 99 miles to get this vehicle and this started happening the very next day and happens once in about every 10 starts, then drover 200 miles roundtrip to the Jeep dealer who seems clueless even after I showed them two videos of it happening, saying weve not gotten any bulletins or recalls. pretty bad when I gotta video record me starting a vehicle to back my claim. sorry mistake purchasing this vehicle.
