CarComplaints.com Notes: There's no way around it, the Cherokee's transmission is junk. There's no other explanation for why a vehicle, usually with under 40,000 miles, would have so many complaints

The car didn't even have 3000 miles on it, barely 3 months on the road, and the thermostat sticks open on the expressway, triggering all sorts of warnings. Car sat in the shop overnight waiting for a thermostat that is a "restricted" part, whatever that means. Does it mean that we may not get one and continue to make payments on a piece of s**t sitting in a garage?! I could've driven out to Belvidere, IL and gotten one from one of the 1000's of Jeeps sitting out there and had it installed by now. I'm really p-o'd!!!!!
Previously, we had a 2010 Jeep Liberty that was in the shop within months of purchase for a heater problem. Why do we keep giving Jeep our business?!!!
