CarComplaints.com Notes: There's no way around it, the Cherokee's transmission is junk. There's no other explanation for why a vehicle, usually with under 40,000 miles, would have so many complaints

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Green. I noticed a couple of flecks of paint/chips on the front bumper from missing paint. After only owning the car for 18 months I realized the chips were now pea to dime size, over 30 of them, on the bumper area only. I reported it to Jeep Dealership. They said it wasn't covered under warranty because I took it to a carwash! Okay, I think taking your car to a carwash is reasonable? I debated suing them in court over this. I wonder if anyone else has paint issues with their Jeep. Obviously the paint didn't adhere properly to the bumper. This will be the last Jeep product I ever purchase.
