So the dealer suggested I get this coil spring in the steering wheel fixed as it could potentially be an issue. I was so worried about have an air bag issue I just paid for it out of pocket. The extended warranty did not cover this part. Then I thought about it and did some research. Several other Jeep brands have already had a recall on this part. I was stuck wondering why this was not a manufacture issue since I have not control over a faulty coil in the steering wheel. I hope a recall is initiated soon so I can petition for my $537 back.
