SUV's heater/ac malfunctioned so that there is no heat. There is ac, but no defrost is available. The part broke and the heater has not been functioning since. I am still trying to fix the problem. I bought an auxiliary heater to defrost the driver's side windshield.
There were no events leading up to the failure. All of a sudden the A/C stopped blowing cold air. Turns out the air is blowing cold air up to the blend door. The problem is the blend door.
