While applying the brakes vehicle shook and vibrated. Consumer was able to maintain control of the vehicle, and drove it to the dealer for inspection. Mechanic determined that brake pads and both front brake rotors needed to be replaced.

While applying the brakes pedal pulsated, and steering wheel shook. Driver was able to drive the vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic replaced the brake pads and both frontal rotors.

When driving and braking under any conditions brake pedal pulsates which results in extended stopping distance. Factory defective pads, calipers, and rotors caused excessive vibration, shudder and pulsation while braking. Chrysler issued a tsb with a replacement kit no better than the oem. Consumer was forced to order aftermarket brakes and pads to correct the problem. Consumer filed suit against Chrysler.
