Consumer stated that driver's side door was not working properly. Consumer could not lock door with a key or with the remote control. Also, same thing happened with passenger's side door. Mechanic told consumer that the design was changed on this vehicle which meant that everything was put together, and nothing was not working.
Power door lock mechanism stopped working. Consumer was unable to open the doors with the key. Dealer determined latches malfunctioned, and needed to be replaced at $268.0O each plus labor at consumer's expense.
