There was a loud knocking noise coming from motor mounts and transmission mounts. Consumer felt that if in an accident engine could have fallen out of this was second time that mounts have broken.
Consmuer put the Jeep in park and got out to put something in the back hatch leaving the drivers' door open. Jeep popped out of gear going in reverse at a very high speed. Consumer was knocked down by door and front wheel ran over consumers' foot and part of leg. Jeep continued to roll in reverse until it smashed into a building.
When going over a speed bump last bolt, that supports the engine, gave way on the right hand side. This caused the transmision to fail. Vehicle was driven to a body shop last than two miles away for repairs.
Driveshaft had to be replaced, and the vehicle has been in the shop 27 times for service. Also, consumer is having problems with the steering column/headlight's and radio and squeaking and noisy transmission.
While driving at any speed without any prior warning and trying to switch gears the vehicle will lose speed, and even when trying to pick up speed the vehicle will slow down.
