Consumer stated she parked her vehicle in the carport, when she came out the next morning the vehicle had rolled 90 feet away down in the woods, backwards and against a tree, consumer stated since the incident vehicle has incurred other problems.
While vehicle was in park, with the engine still running, consumer went to the back of vehicle opened the hatch door, and suddenly the vehicle started moving backwards, consumer tried to jump in the vehicle to hit the brake, but was unsuccessful and vehicle hit a parked car.

Vehicle was parked and running inside of garage, it was on and in park. Then, vehicle jumped into reverse, and pinned consumer against the wall. Consumer sustained injuries.
PE 01 021/roll away in park: While parked on an incline and engine still idling with consumer standing in between opening of vehicle door, gear inadvertently jump out of parked into reverse, consumer was injured. Dealer/manufacturer were notified.
While vehicle was in park and running, consumer stepped out of vehicle and without any indication vehicle started traveling backward, hitting a wall. Consumer states that when vehicle hit the wall, it jolted into drive and went through the garage.
While traveling at 65 mph without any indication vehicle slipped into neutral. Vehicle slowed down, and then idled up. This happened 3-4 times. Consumer pulled vehicle over while slowing down, andvehicle jolted forward.
After parking vehicle, several hours later returned to vehicle, and noticed that vehicle had popped out of gear, causing it to roll down hill, hitting another vehicle. Consumer states there was considerable damage done to the vehicle.
When shifting into reverse the vehicle suddenly accelerated forward, causing a collision to occur. Vehicle was included in the safety improvement campaign #97I002000. Also, dealer installed the shift interlock which has not remedied the problem.
Upon starting vehicle/placing foot on brake pedal, vehicle accelerated backwards/collided into neighbors house. Vehicle then shifted into drive and it accelerated forward. (qcaw)
