The contact owns a 2017 Jaguar Xj. While driving 75 mph, the steering wheel, seats, and exterior mirrors returned to their default positions. The vehicle was taken to Jaguar bethesda (11617 old georgetown rd #100, North bethesda, md 20852, (301) 263-6377), but they were unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 16,000. The VIN was not available.
