CAUSE:
LUBRICANT APPLIED TO THE ENGINE-COMPARTMENT LID LATCH DURING ROUTINE SERVICING OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON WILL, OVER TIME, MIGRATE INTO THE AJAR
SWITCH AND CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SWITCH."
