JAGUAR: SOME 2010-2011 XJ VEHICLES HAVE A WIPER ARM SECURING NUT PROBLEM. THE NUT BECOMES LOOSE CAUSING THE WIPERS TO LOSE SYNCHRONIZATION AND HIT EACH OTHER OR DETACH. *RM
