gearbox light high elevation

Jaguar dealership is aware that the xj8 has transmission problems and they continue to fail their customers by not addressing/ fixing the issue at hand. I have actually contacted a Jaguar dealership with a recall and they wouldn't even address my recall issue.

I definitely was aware that their interest was around making money, not ensuring that a jaguar customer needed there support!!! Like I explain to the supervisor that I have owned three Jaguars over the years a 2002 S-Type; 2004 S-Type and a 2004 XJ8. While bringing the cars in for services etc. there were no attitudes what so have you. But when the roles were reversed for services rendered by a recall now there is a problem with taking care of the issue due to no payment being involved which is outlandish!

I will never purchase another Jaguar, especially after Ford took over and started to cut corners and making an amazing car a money trap!!!!!!
