"ISSUE A NUMBER OF ALTERNATORS ARE BEING REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY AND ARE FOUND TO BE FAULTY DUE TO INTERNAL REGULATOR CHIP DAMAGE. CAUSE ALTERNATORS ARE BEING DAMAGED DUE TO CROSS POLARITY WHEN THE VEHICLE IS JUMP STARTED."
