The vehicle was taken to galpin Jaguar (15500 roscoe blvd, van nuys, ca 91406, (818) 894-3800) where the vehicle was inspected however, a determination was not reached pertaining the failure. While performing a VIN search, the contact became aware of NHTSA campaign number: 12V521000 (fuel system, gasoline) however, the VIN was not included. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure which a case was made. The failure mileage was approximately 72,000.
