Car stalls upon a "warm" start. May require 2 attempts for the car to stay running. Took it to the dealership 3 times and because the problem is intermittent, they were unable to replicate the problem. I was told by the dealership that Jaguar North America is aware of the problem but there is no fix available at this time.

The dealer replaced the gear shift and the transmission control sensor. The failure was not corrected and the vehicle continued to stall. The manufacturer was contacted and they advised the contact to take to vehicle back to the dealer. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 37,000 and the current mileage was 52,000. No warning lights illuminated on the instrumental panel prior to the failure. The contact was unable to restart the vehicle and it was towed to a dealer who could not diagnose the failure.
