After setting the cruise control while going down an incline consumer was cited by a policeman for going 100 mph. Consumer later contacted the manufacturer. He was told that the cruise control only worked on level ground not on inclines. The owner's manual should contain this.....nothing in the manual indicates that cruise control does not work on downhill. This problem can cause unaware driver's serious accidents.
