I was pulling into a stall at the treasure coast mall when we heard a loud thud when I got out to see what it was I seem that the tire was leaning in and pushed under the fender.I then had to call a tow truck and found out later that the left front ball joint completely snapped off and the right side was badly worn and loose and also had to be replaced. I have a 2000 Jaguar S-type that was recalled for front control arm and lower ball joints back in November of 2000. However when I took it to the Jaguar dealer to get replaced because mine is defective the dealer told me my VIN# was not included in the recall. Is there a specific reasoning behind having certain VIN#'s recalled and not others?
