The contact owns a 2019 Jaguar I-Pace. The contact stated that the battery failed to charge above 72%. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with a faulty battery and that the battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer submitted a technical ticket to the manufacturer; however, the contact had not received a response since December 2023. The contact researched online and discovered NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V183000 (Electrical System) however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and the contact was advised to report the failure to the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
