The contact owns a 2018 Jaguar X671 (na). While driving in the snow, the snow piled up underneath the wiper blades and the sensors stopped the wipers from working. The failure caused the contact to have poor visibility while driving. The dealer (cherry hill Jaguar, 2000 NJ-70, cherry hill, NJ 08003, (856) 424-5300) was called and suggested the contact take a video of the occurrence. The contact recorded a video and emailed it back to the dealer who informed the contact that the service manager would call him back. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 2,930.
