Going down hill, stopped at light, car in Eco turned off as should. However, when light turned green and I took foot off brake did not start up again. If another car would have been behind me it would have rear ended me. No power steering, still in drive mode. Had to work really hard to turn wheel to avoid hitting a guardrail because no power steering to turn wheel. Had to actually put in park and start car again. Very dangerous. Turned off Eco and hopefully won't happen but turning Eco on and off does not always work either. Sometimes when Eco on, the car doesn't shut off at red light or stop, as it normally does. Doesn't always work.
