The contact owns a 1995 Isuzu Trooper. Whenever the contact releases the accelerator pedal, it feels as if it becomes stuck for a few seconds before the vehicle begins to decelerate. The failure was noticed while driving 10 mph. She conducted research and found recall number 04V199000 (vehicle speed control: Cables). She called the manufacturer and they stated that her VIN was not included in the recall. The contact feels that her vehicle should be included because she is experiencing the same failure as noted in the recall. The current mileage was 134,053 and failure mileage was 134,000.
