I bought a 2004 Rodeo in July 2008 with 50,000kms on did a further 10, 000 kms and found it started to burn oil took it to eagers holden newstead where I bought it they kept saying we will see how it goes took it back several times to get fixed the last time said I dont want it back until its fixed then they say the motor need replacing 2 weeks after the warranty runs out they said they would cover $1,000 but it will cost a further $11,000 to fix.
