1) driving on interstate I-75/85 northbound in atlanta, ga at ~10pm in hov lane at approv 70mph. Left rear tire had a sidewall blowout on the inside sidewall. Blowout measures approx 2" square. 2) maintained control of the vehicle despite instability. 3) spare tire installed in left median against jersey barricade
