The contact owns a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo. On a clear day, the contact was struck head-on by another vehicle. The contact's vehicle was moving at the time of the crash. The driver and passenger side seat belts never locked into place, causing both the passenger and the contact to bump their heads on the dashboard. Head injuries were sustained. A police report was filed. The current mileage is 113,364 and failure mileage was 113,360. Updated 08/02/07.
