On February 2000 driver depressed the brake pedal at 20 mph and vehicle took longer to respond to the pedal application. The road surface was wet from raining that day. As result, the vehicle was involved in a head on collision, on January 2001, while driving 50 mph. Consumer applied the brakes and they did not respond, causing vehicle to collide with the guard rail. On November 5, 2003, again, on wet condition, while pulling out of the garage onto main road, the brakes took longer to respond. As result, the vehicle crashed into a neighbor's vehicle. On those three occasions, the front air bags failed to deploy.

Consumer was going at about 55 and another vehicle hit consumer's vehicle at about 85 mph. Consumer's vehicle, in turn, hit a utility vehicle, and went into a gaurdrail. Upon impact, airbags didn't deploy. Consumer's vehicle was totalled.

Vehicle collision resulted in rollover due to design of vehicle, no deployment of the driver's side air bag during collision resulting in facial injuries.

New car, 7days old. Driving up to a stop light. The vehicle slowed, but would not stop. Crashed into car in front of me at 5 to 10 mph. When I was slowing down, I had time to look down to see if my foot was on the pedal (which it was), then with both feet tried to get the vehicle to stop with no luck. Crash! neither airbag was deployed, and no one was hurt.
