The contact owns a 2003 Isuzu Axiom. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken for a routine oil change when the dealer advised that under rust was found on the rear passenger side of the vehicle, as well as the frame bracket. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that there were no recalls on the vehicle. The failure and the current mileage was 140,000.
