The problem started as we were being shown the vehicle's features at the dealer before even starting to drive. We had the car half a day and were told to bring it back to the shop to fix the issue. The shop has had my car for a week and a half and has completely dismantled this brand new car. Trying to figure out my options since I am stuck with a small loaner and a high monthly payment on a car I haven't even driven.
