Not included in ABS recall. brake leak causes elec fire

Not a maintenance issue. Drive to lunch, smoke starts coming in through the vents, then all lights start flashing / cutting on and off, as I'm pulling to the side of the road pillowing smoke coming up through the hood with car shutting on and off. Have it towed to Infiniti dealership. Brake fluid began leaking onto the abs module circuit board and created an electrical fire. They claim they cannot fix it because the engine harness is discontinued (because it is under recall for 400,000 other nissan/infiniti vehicles). They make me tow my car home. You cannot buy/repair the vehicle for the same reason. InfinitiUSA - made the claim they can have the original part supplier send me the engine harness (which doesnt solve the original issue for why it happened to begin with), but I must purchase the parts through the dealership. So for the cost of the vehicle I can again have a vehicle ready to self destruct and put myself and others at risk.
