I just bought the car from Carmax in April 2019. I returned the car on August 24th of 2019. I had the car checked out at Infiniti prior to purchasing. It cost $125 for a diagnostic check. Fast forward to late July, when the car starts to knock. I thought it was because I put in regular gas instead of premium. I took it to Infiniti again, and they did not see a problem. Charged $125 again for a diagnostic check.

The very next day the engine light comes on. I put an engine cleaner hoping to take care of it. No, it did not. I took it back to Infiniti and was told it was the Catalytic converter. It would cost over $3000.00 that I could not pay then. I drove it until I could afford to take care of it. It continued to act like it didn't want to run. The service person ran another diagnostic check to see if anything else was wrong. They found a leaking fuel pump for $2057. plus the $3000 for the catalytic converter AND another $6000 for the nonsense that I could take to Goodyear for a lesser price. I told them to put my car back together. I literally drove the car back to Carmax. They paid me for the thing. I never want another Infiniti vehicle. Between the gas and maintenance, forget it!! Oh yeah, they charged me $210 to put the car back together.
