I leased an Infiniti Q50 on 1/3/2017 from Infiniti of Ardmore and it was defective - the Driver Assist Package and InTouch services were not functioning. On 1/17/2017 I took it in for service and had to leave it overnight so that they could replace the sonar control unit. After leaving the vehicle overnight for servicing, the issue persisted and I contacted the dealership (Infiniti of Ardmore) and the corporate office of Nissan North America to seek a resolution.
In addition to the defective technology, the vehicle was listed under the wrong name. After contacting the dealership multiple times to confirm that all of the information for my vehicle was correct, it is still linked to the wrong name. Today I brought the vehicle in for service AGAIN! Not only do I not trust the vehicle but I worry that my personal information is being mishandled by the dealership.
