Great car to own, however just one annoying problem continues to happen no matter what. 1 out of 10 ignition starts triggers both side mirrors to point to the ground.
Infiniti service offers very little support. In order to isolate the problem they asked me to drive the car over ( ~11 Mi.) while the mirrors are in the reported "DOWN" position. The problem happens so infrequently, therefore I have not bothered to make the potentially dangerous drive just to maybe, maybe not solve the issue.
