The TCS light is almost always on. Like 99.9% of the time. There is a rare moment that it isn't but for the most part it is on. I was informed that if the light is on (regardless which light it is) that the function is enabled. Is that true? If that's the case then what good is having that function if it isn't going to work for you if the light is on?
