Replaced steering pump, hoses and then rack. $750. Problem persists. At idle and low speed it is very difficult to steer. parking is very difficult. I don't know what else it could be. Is there an electronic component to power steering? I'm also considering that debris from the origonal failing steering pump is in the system blocking the flow of hydraulic fluid.
