This was the fifth time the problem happened. Started 7/16/09,4/25/12,/5/7/12,9/14/14 and 1/4/17. Have a case #9870729. As of 1/11/17 still not heard back from their Regional Manager. Piss poor Customer Service on a life safety issue.
