Takata inflators - front and read door latch malfunctions, ie.: front and rear door outside and inside latches not releasing (opening) manually and/or electronically with fob resulting in potential safety issues. The auto was parked and doors locked using fob. When I returned to car, I pressed the unlock button on fob, heard the clicking sound the fob makes when the unlock button is pressed; we pulled the driver side and both passenger door latches, the driver and rear passenger doors did not open. My guest tried to enter the rear passenger door by pulling the inside latch, it still didn't open. Next I pulled the drivers side door latch from the inside, it opened. I leaned into the car, turned on the engine to roll down the drivers window to enter the car. I've tried replacing fuse and fob batteries, resetting the lock/unlock code and nothing seems to work. Crawling over seats, rolling down windows the running around car, and leaving window open are safety hazards. Two non-working doors are safety issues and negatively impacts my customer experience.

My car was stationary over night and my sunroof busted. Had gotten home the night before after driving for 6 hours and parked the car. I had been near it several times and never saw a crack or anything. Went to get in this morning and it has glass everywhere.

The tailgate release pad has to be pressed very hard to get the latch to unlock. We began noticing this issue at christmas when we were loading the trunk for a trip home and it has progressively gotten worse. There were several times when we thought we would not be able to get the trunk open at all which would have made the trunk completely useless. I took it, today, to my local Hyundai dealership where they confirmed that the pad had collapsed inside of the switch and needed to be replaced. Due to the part number for the replacement switch/pad indicating that it was a recalled part the service department did a search for a recall or campaign on this part they discovered that there was a campaign for this part on Velosters with a model year of 2015 and 2016. I want to report this now on the 2014 model year Veloster turbo as this was an expensive replacement that should have been covered under the same campaign as the 2015 and 2016 models as it is the same exact issue according to the Hyundai service department.

I purchased my velsoter brand new with 33 miles on it in November 2014. If Feb of 2015 I started to notice that the front end was shaking a little. I took it into my local dealership to have it looked at and get and oil change. I had about 8K miles on it. Their was a small scratch on one of the rims about 1/2 long, but nothing that would have caused the amount of shaking that was happening. The serviceman said he rotated the tires and their shouldn't be anymore issues. When I drove it home it was not any better in fact I thought it was worse. I took it back in yesterday to figure out why it is shaking and have it fixed. I was told that their were several dents in 2 of my rims which was throwing it off balance. I have not hit anything, I have not driven at speeds over 50. Their is no possible way that these dents happened due to anything being hit during normal everyday driving. They aren't looking anymore into it and won't fix it. I am very upset that this has been handled like this. Their is obviously some sort of defect or something with these particular rims if they have dents in them that have been caused by normal road conditions. They need to look more into it to figure out what the issue is because I should not be responsible for something that I have not caused.
