The OEM tires have never provided any traction on dry wet or snow covered roads. On a wet road the tires will spin up in third gear with even the slightest amount of throttle. My-dear-wife (mdf) will not get in the car if it looks like rain. To Canadianize the problem cornering in the rain is like skating on dull skates. You think you are turning but you are really just heading right for the boards.
