Cpsc#I1310578A. 2012 Hyundai Veloster. The consumer stated that she was having problems with the drivers seat belt. The consumer stated the drivers seat belt has an adjustable guide. She was able to adjust it to fit across her shoulder. However, when she moved, it would chose a new position, and not go back, which forced the seat belt across her neck. When she hit the brake, the positioner moved the belt across her neck.
