Since I first had this problem "resolved" in April, the clock has reset itself again. We take clocks for granted but keeping the correct time is very important for me. I've only had the car almost 9 months now. When I brought the car to the shop one of the service advisors said it was probably a factory recall (I don't think it was). After it was "fixed" I drove off happily ever after. Well, it has since reset itself again.
Update from May 27, 2013: The clock shows it's 3:59. I took the picture at 5:03 on May 10
