The contact owns a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated while driving 55 MPH, the vehicle lost motive power without warning. The contact pulled over on the side of the road and turned off the vehicle. The contact was able to restart the vehicle and the vehicle operated normally. On another occasion while attempting to reverse out a parking spot, the transmission failed to shift into reverse. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and the transmission was replaced. On another occasion while starting the vehicle, the message indicating the Hybrid battery failure was displayed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that harness control needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage 60,000.

The contact owns a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the hybrid alert warning light illuminated, and the vehicle then decelerated. The contact veered the vehicle off the road and turned the vehicle off and restarted the vehicle. The collision alert and check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the contact was informed of an unknown issue with the power train however, the contact was informed that failure was corrected independently and that the check engine warning light needed to be reset. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and provided a case number. The failure mileage was approximately 4,000.
