In Feb noticed that there was no oil on the dipstick during a routine check, changed the oil and measured what was removed and it was 2 quarts low. Vehicle is still under warranty. Changed the oil and checked at 1,000 miles and it was a quart low again within 2 weeks! Took to dealer and they charged me for a oil change and told me to come back after the vehicle ran 1000 miles. At 500 miles looked at the dipstick and the dealer had OVER filled it and it was a quart over full. Dealer wants me to jump thru hoops to resolve the issue and there is 15K till the warranty runs out and that will take no time with the miles I drive for work. Was already without my vehicle which is my office once and now the next steps to detecting a problem will result in no car for 2 days and they will not grant the request for a loaner vehicle. They claim there is no issue with my make and model but yet there is a 16 page protocol provided by Hyundai that has to be followed to get to the resolution.
