Started noticing oil level rising in the engine on the dipstick (much much higher than the Max line). At first I thought of it as a dealer overfilling issue. Turns out, it wasn't an overfill at all. No matter how many times I did the oil change, the issue comes right back.
Turns out, my particular engine is suffering with oil dilution issues. With every oil change, I note the initial level. Then 3k miles later, I check again and the level is much higher than it should be.
The car is used mostly on highways, but does get used on short trips occasionally as well. I have also found another user on Google who happen to suffer the same issue on their 2019 Tucson.
Turns out, all manufacturers/brands claim that their GDI engines are expected to dilute the engine oil with a bit of fuel. But do not say how much is too much. Also, this problem is amplified if you live in colder climate and or use the vehicle for shorter trips. Essentially making this vehicle useless for anyone in east cost in metros like NYC. It is cold, and there is a lot of stop and go traffic and short commutes.
If you own this vehicle, try not to adhere to 7500 mile suggestion. Instead try to get your oil changed at 3k miles. I have been doing mine every 3k miles to ensure the dilution isn't much to get my engine seized. This car will be gotten rid of the soonest.
