Was driving my <1 month old car from PA to IN on 6/30. Was 95 degrees outside and AC blasting. About 1/2 way through trip noticed dripping on my foot on the gas pedal. When we stopped my passenger said same thing on their side of console (could see where it had dripped). Did not have odor or texture so assumed water of some kind. Immediately called dealership and left message for service. Same thing happened on return trip on Monday 7/2. At dealership now. They originally said "maybe a spider in the AC drainage tube". WTF? I've owned no fewer than a dozen cars in my life, 2 Hyundais prior to this one, and never any issues with bugs in the drainage tube (sounded like a crock) and then they said if that was it, it wouldn't be covered under warranty. WTF? The car is a month old! Convenient the issue "might be a dead spider". Hmmmm. Then they call and say its ready to go. That there was an issue with the weather strip around the doors. Um... It wasn't raining. And the water wasn't on the outside foot it was on the inside foot. You mean to tell me the water had been "stored" since the last rain? Try again.
