I paid for the repair in April. In October I received a letter from Hyundai that they were extending the warranty on the door and the lock. I contacted the dealer that the repair was made from. They referred me to Hyundai Customer Service. I called the number. The person told me a call the wrong number and gave me a new number. I called the new number 844.475.2215. It said to file a new case for reimbursement to push "1". I pushed 1 but nothing happened. The auto recording continued. I hung up and called again. Same thing happened. I ended up filing for a reimbursement on line today. I will not buy a Hyundai or do business with Alexander Auto Group again.
